hallosumedang<\/strong> – Tak semua daerah bisa seperti Sumedang. Di tengah persaingan ketat antardaerah, kabupaten ini justru melesat menjadi penerima Dana Insentif Fiskal (DIF) tertinggi di Jawa Barat untuk tahun 2025. Nominalnya? Fantastis: Rp28,6 miliar lebih!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Angka itu bukan sekadar deretan digit. Di baliknya, ada kerja keras, disiplin anggaran, dan komitmen membangun dari jajaran Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumedang. Semua itu diakui oleh pemerintah pusat, yang akhirnya menjatuhkan pilihan: Sumedang layak diapresiasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keputusan resmi dari Kementerian Keuangan ini tercantum dalam SK Menkeu Nomor 138 Tahun 2025. Isinya memuat rincian alokasi DIF sebagai bentuk penghargaan atas kinerja keuangan dan pembangunan daerah sepanjang tahun sebelumnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bupati Sumedang, H. Dony Ahmad Munir, menyebut capaian ini sebagai buah dari konsistensi. \u201cKami sudah 10 kali berturut-turut mendapat opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari BPK. Kami juga selalu menetapkan APBD tepat waktu. Ternyata semua itu dinilai dan dihargai oleh pemerintah pusat,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tapi DIF ini bukan cuma soal anggaran rapi. Ada indikator lain yang turut diperhitungkan, seperti pelayanan dasar, inovasi pelayanan publik, dukungan terhadap kebijakan nasional, hingga semangat antikorupsi dan digitalisasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menurut Dony, dana Rp28,6 miliar ini akan diarahkan untuk program-program yang langsung menyentuh masyarakat, seperti perbaikan infrastruktur, layanan kesehatan, pendidikan, dan peningkatan ekonomi daerah. \u201cIni bukan sekadar hadiah. Ini amanah,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dari 26 kabupaten\/kota di Jawa Barat, hanya 14 yang menerima insentif. Dan Sumedang? Bukan hanya masuk daftar, tapi duduk di posisi teratas. Sebuah prestasi yang bukan cuma layak disyukuri, tapi juga jadi pemicu untuk terus melaju.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
