HALLOSUMEDANG – On the 28th Anniversary of Autonomy Day, Thursday (25/4), Sumedang Regency received two national awards.
The two awards are the 4th Rank of Best Regional Government Implementation from the Evaluation of Regional Government Implementation (EPPD) in 2023 from the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Satyalancana Karya Praja Nugraha from the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
Both were awarded at the 28th Anniversary of Autonomy Day Ceremony in Surabaya which was attended directly by the Acting Regent of Sumedang, Yudia Ramli.
Based on the Minister of Home Affairs Decree Number 100.2.1.7-6646 of 2023 concerning the Results of the National Evaluation of Regional Government Implementation (EPPD) in 2023, the Sumedang Regency Government in 2023 achieved a score of 3.53 or ranked 5th out of 416 districts throughout Indonesia.
Therefore, Acting Regent Yudia Ramli expressed his highest gratitude and appreciation to the Sumedang Regency Government’s Civil Service Apparatus (ASN) for the achievement.
Yudia said that the Sumedang Regency Government is committed to continuing to improve the implementation of regional government to be even better in the future.
According to him, the achievement is a form of Sumedang’s success in focusing on reducing the extreme poverty rate, stunting and unemployment.
Meanwhile, the Satya Lancana Karya Praja Nugraha was awarded to the Regent of Sumedang for the 2018-2023 period, H. Dony Ahmad Munir, for his great service or very high performance achievements in regional government.
The conferment is regulated in Government Regulation Number 35 of 2010 concerning the Implementation of Law Number 20 of 2009 concerning the Granting of Honorary Titles and Medals.
