Reduction of TPP Sanction for Sumedang Regency Employees Absent After Eid Leave

HALLOSUMEDANG – The attendance rate of Sumedang Regency Government (Pemkab Sumedang) employees on the first day of work after the Eid al-Fitr holiday reached 90 percent. The first day of work at the Sumedang Regency Government was marked by a morning assembly followed by halal bihalal held at the ceremonial field of the Sumedang Government Center (PPS), Tuesday (16/4/2024).

“The results of the attendance check conducted by BKPSDM showed that the attendance of Sumedang Regency Government employees reached 90 percent. Appreciation for Sumedang Regency Government employees for their contribution and participation in carrying out work,” said Acting Sumedang Regent Tuti Ruswati after the assembly and halal bihalal.

According to her, Sumedang Regency Government employees who do not come to work on the first day without a clear reason will be given a sanction in the form of a reduction in their Employee Performance Allowance (TPP). “The sanction for those who do not come to work will be directly deducted from their TPP. When the person concerned is absent, their performance report will not be verified by their immediate superior. This will automatically reduce the TPP of the person concerned,” she said.

Tuti said that currently the performance of the Sumedang Regency Government is still good. “However, there is still a lot of homework to do, so we have to evaluate the priority programs that are still being carried out. Starting from Sakip, the program to achieve macro indicators such as poverty reduction, unemployment, stunting and others,” said Tuti.

According to her, in the near future a development coordination meeting (Rakor) will be held. “We will hold a development coordination meeting on Thursday the day after tomorrow, April 18, 2024. The programs and planning that have been determined will be discussed according to the predetermined theme,” she said.
