HALLOSUMEDANG – Tuti Ruswati, currently serving as the Plh Pj Bupati Sumedang, along with the heads of SKPD, participated in the Training of Trainer (ToT) Sumedang Happy Digital Region Batch 1 at the UID Office in Central Jakarta on Wednesday (3/4/2024). The one-day training was attended by the Secretary of West Java Province, Herman Suryatman.
Tuti Ruswati explained that ToT Sumedang Happy Digital Region Batch 1 was a forum for discussion and a short course on collaborative leadership for the continuity of transformation in Sumedang Regency. “As the Plh Pj Bupati Sumedang, I am responsible for continuing, strengthening, and collaborating on all programs and activities,” said Tuti.
For Tuti, the heads of SKPD and civil servants in Sumedang Regency play a crucial role in its transformation. “With the support of several OPDs and civil servants in Sumedang Regency, we can be drivers to ensure the sustainability of Sumedang’s development,” Tuti added.
Meanwhile, the Secretary of West Java, Herman, mentioned his presence at the event as a responsibility following the leadership of the Acting Regent of Sumedang. He is committed to ensuring that Sumedang continues to progress and develop. “I have a moral responsibility after the leadership of Mr. Dony and Mr. Erwan, and I must ensure that good programs continue and are even improved through continuous improvement,” said Secretary Herman.
He emphasized that Sumedang’s progress should be reflected in the reduction of poverty, stunting, and unemployment rates. “We have made every effort to ensure that Sumedang is on the right track towards Sumedang Beyond Sympathy, marked by a decrease in poverty, stunting, and unemployment rates,” Herman said.
